Project Profile: KAIROC, U.S.A.
Our team recently completed a tenant improvement project in the popular office development off South Town Center Drive in Summerlin. KAIROC U.S.A., an investment, development and consulting firm moved into their new office space in mid-May after a complete demolition of the existing space.
The 4,300 SF remodel features exposed ceilings, wood beams and shiplap finishes. Specialty doors and frames were installed to complement the new design aesthetic. The eight-week construction schedule included metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, wood, tile and flooring, along with all final finishes.
