Project Profile: Hardway 8
Just a little over a year ago, Hardway 8, a UNLV Runnin’ Rebels-inspired sports bar, announced their move to Henderson’s Water Street District and now the upscale bar and restaurant is celebrating its grand opening in the revitalized area.
DC Building Group led the demolition and tenant improvement of the 6,489 SF building, which sat vacant for more than 10 years. The project included demolition, concrete, steel, wood framing, new roofing, and skylights, as well as a windowed garage door to upgrade the building’s façade. Interior improvements consisted of metal stud framing, drywall, stucco, paint, updated plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
The sports bar creates a sense of nostalgia with vintage sports décor throughout and is sure to be a local favorite in Henderson’s historic district. Our team was proud to be part of the project.
