North Las Vegas, NV – Danoski Clutts Building Group and JVC Architects recently joined community leaders of Sun City Aliante’s Homeowners Association and local dignitaries from North Las Vegas to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the newly expanded and remodeled community center. Through a contractual agreement implemented in May of 2009, efforts included construction to the existing community center to add new office space, arts and crafts facilities, a library and an aerobics studio. The facility would incorporate 10,000 square feet of renovation and expansion work to the existing 45,000 square foot space.
The Sun City Aliante community celebrated the $1.5 Million project with a Santa Maria style Barbecue and entertainment was provided by 50’s doo-wop vocal group The Platters.
“We’re honored to be a part of the process,” expressed Danoski Clutts president Bryce Clutts. “Over 15 months ago, this project started with a number of ideas brought forth by the community. After many meetings, we have brought to fruition the concept of our design. We are very proud of the finished result.”
“We are very proud of the finished results and are glad to have Danoski Clutts and JVC Architects as part of our team to make this vision a reality,” expressed Don Schaefer, Sun City’s Community Association president.
The project was delivered using the Design-Build method, allowing for a single source for communication between the Owner and the Design-Build Team of Danoski Clutts Building Group and JVC Architects. The facility will serve the Sun City Aliante community for many years to come.
