Las Vegas, NV – Danoski Clutts Building Group is pleased to announce the completion of TJ Maxx/Home Goods on the southeast corner of Durango and Warm Springs. The clothing and home furnishings retail location is part of the Desert Springs Market Place where Danoski Clutts recently completed the shell buildings for Phase II and started Phase III.
For a project like this one, communication is key. The construction team had weekly coordination meetings with the developer and TJ Maxx’s representative to ensure fluid design, procurement, and installation of all scopes of work. In fact, many standard TJ Maxx systems must be purchased through TJ Maxx national accounts, making coordination and attention to detail with local building codes a must. Additionally, as the store is multi-purpose with both TJ Maxx and Home Goods being housed there, the theme installation had to be coordinated to meet all the requirements for the dual retail store of 52,000 total square feet. In total the project value was 2.1 million dollars.
