Las Vegas, NV – Construction of the shell buildings for the Desert Marketplace located on the southeast corner of Durango and Warm Springs is now complete. Phase 2 of this project included two retail shell buildings totaling 95,000 sf of prime retail space and Danoski Clutts has begun work on a third building.
This five million dollar project broke ground in late June of 2008. The finished shell buildings utilized a panelized hybrid roof system, as well as steel, wood and masonry to erect the stucco covered buildings that now provide a new shopping corridor for local residents. Though there are still suites for lease, the retail center is well anchored with Big 5 Sporting Goods, Petco, and TJ Maxx/Home Goods. Danoski Clutts is currently constructing the next 11,000 sf building while performing interiors and tenant improvements for the new occupants.
